At Pisatahua, we offer intimate, small-group retreats designed to support deep healing and personal transformation.
Our master plant ceremonies are guided with care and respect, working with sacred medicines including ayahuasca, wachuma, tobacco, and coca.
We also facilitate traditional shamanic plant diets, allowing guests to connect with powerful teacher plants in close consultation with our experienced healers.

At Pisatahua, our healers are the heart of the retreat experience. They come from diverse ancestral traditions of the Amazon and Andes, each bringing deep knowledge passed down through generations. With decades of personal and ceremonial experience, they are respected members of their communities and carry a strong commitment to the path of healing and service.
One of our lead healers, Wara, brings the rare and powerful presence of a female shaman, holding space with wisdom, compassion, and strength. Her ceremonies are rooted in tradition, yet intuitively guided to meet each participant where they are on their journey.

Pisatahua was sustainably constructed with locally-sourced, natural materials, while minimizing the removal of vegetation. The center employs energy and water conservation measures and waste recycling programs. Through our non-profit extension, we helped secure the protection of over 20,000 hectares of Rainforest.
We believe in reciprocity and are committed to partnering with our neighbors to support the maintenance of our land and traditions. Proceeds from our retreat assist community development programs including environmental sanitation efforts, reforestation projects, and the provision of scholarships.
